Description

Carpets is a textile floor covering consisting of an upper layer of pile attached to a backing. The pile is commonly made from natural fibers such as wool or synthetic fibres such as polypropylene, nylon or polyester. Carpets are often used in a similar context to rugs but are usually much larger in size. Carpets are used to make the room more comfortable, reduce sound from walking, provide thermal insulation, section off spaces and create visual accents.
